The first thing to know about my real estate coaching program is that you'll work with me, one-on-one.

You'll get the benefit of my 25+ years of experience in doing exactly what I teach. When you have a real estate question you won't ever talk with someone hired to "play back" chapters out of the books.

Your real estate coaching will begin with an hour-long phone call, during which we'll review your geographical area, discuss conditions in the real estate market in your area, and talk about any constraints you face - such as time, work, or finances. I'll ask a lot of questions, and based on your answers we'll devise a game plan tailored for your individual situation. Then I'll give you an assignment for the coming week.

Then, each week for the next month we'll talk on the phone. We'll discuss what you've done in the past week and I'll give you another assignment. If you've run into questions, I'll answer them. If there's something you don't understand in the lesson books, I'll explain it. And I'll teach you how to avoid leaving money on the table when you begin to negotiate. If you're intending to do a fix-up, I'll also share some of my methods for getting the best job done for the least amount of money.

By the end of the month you will be on your way to your first transaction as a real estate investor. In fact, you may already have your first house under contract.

But no matter how well you're doing, I won't abandon you. We'll stay in touch via phone or e-mail as you need me - for a full year. As you find profitable deals over the next year, I will be there for you every step of the way.

 

And that is, perhaps, the most valuable part of my real estate coaching...

I know that the first time you're faced with a real live homeowner who wants to do business, you might panic. So I'll be there for you.

I'll help you analyze the deal you've found - from the neighborhood, to the condition, to the price. By the time we finish talking you'll know if it's a good deal, if it can be turned into a good deal - or if you should pass on it.

Then I'll coach you on how to negotiate - or I'll get on a 3-way call with you and your prospective seller and help you negotiate.

Not just on your first deal, but on every deal you find for a full year.
